I’m filing a motion to have the defendent served by publication. This is the only option left. Marcus Paul Goldfinch is hiding in the UAE. However, renewing the web domains he registered in bad faith has locked him into this. He made my case twice as strong.

I may have him served at DXB2020 in Dubai, by email, or by publication in a newsletter.

I filed against him for cybersquatting on about 15 domains of mine. He’s a malicuous asshole. Before he got into squatting he mostly just used death threats to try to silence me. It didn’t work. Instead of going silent, I doubled down.

Marcus thinks he can hide but I’m getting permission from the Judge to file service by publication.

He’s renewed the domains he squatted on last year so I have another year to move this case against him.
